Ingredients:
- Pizza Crust
- Ham
- Pepperoni
- Pasta Sauce
- Italian Blend & Mozzarella Cheese
I started off by rolling out the pizza dough onto a sheet of tin foil. From there I layered the sauce, meat and cheese, then cut the dough edges with a pair of kitchen scissors (don't cut all the way up to filling).
Crisscross the dough until you have a nice little package, and then transfer onto a baking sheet.
Into the oven at 375 degrees for 25-30 mins. Let it cool a little before you start cutting. Chris is a huge fan of pizza, so this was right up his alley!
What are your favorite pizza toppings?
This meal has become a regular in the rotation for Corey and I! We absolutely love it!
ReplyDeleteOk this looks so yummy and super easy - right up my alley! I'm pinning this now!
ReplyDeletelooks delicious--love the pattern with the dough.
ReplyDeleteLooks super delicious...and far easier than I imagined it would be.
ReplyDeletePretty and delicious looking! Ill have to try this!
ReplyDeleteI have a feeling that it will be in our rotation as well, it was so easy and good!
ReplyDeleteI think I'd fill it with goat cheese, peppers and mushrooms! yum!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite pizza is Hawaiian, though I'm not sure how well that would translate in a calzone. I think I might have to give it a try!
ReplyDeleteI've always heard about goat cheese, but I don't think I've actually ever tried it before. I think that needs to change!
ReplyDeleteIf you do, let me know how it goes! I'm interested in the pineapple part of the Hawaiian into calzone.
ReplyDeleteYum! I just was going to try a similar recipe I found in a magazine but I like your pretty way of crisscrossing the dough better! Thanks for posting!
